The belt contains plastic parts of different shapes according to nature of the transported product, which are constructed into a desired width and length of the belt. On the base of the chosen parts, the belt can be perforated, smooth, platelet, etc. A great advantage of these belts is their simple sanitation by a pressurized air or water. Therefore, they are used in a wide spectrum of the light engineering industry, especially food and glass.
The most known are the applications for bottle transportation in the filling lines. The belt conveyors are of two kinds: direct or arc/shaped from 0 to 180° (the arc radius depends on the type of the chosen part), horizontal or rising according to customer requirements.
